Qigong for
Breast Health

This empowering self-care practice is rooted in the ancient self-healing art of Qigong, offering invaluable support for women's wellness. Designed for women of all ages and conditions, this practice takes a proactive, natural approach to promote and sustain breast health, prevent, or aid in healing from breast cancer.

Physical stress, mental stress and emotional stress are powerful and have an impact on the body, mind and spirit, creating imbalances.

Qigong has a unique way of moving energy/Qi and bringing the body, mind and spirit into balance. When energy/Qi flows, greater health is achieved. The Qigong for Breast Health movements were specifically designed by Dr. Nan Lu to help unblock energy/Qi stagnation, stimulate a healthful flow of energy/Qi in the breast area and bring balance back into the body.

Explore the ancient wisdom of Qigong and embrace a journey toward enhanced breast health, supporting both prevention and healing in an empowering, natural way.

Join me for an upcoming 4-week online class where we'll practice simple, slow and powerful Qigong movements as well as explore how stress, your emotions, lifestyle choices and diet impact your physical body -- and how you can play a vital role in prevention and healing.
