Service Description

This 6-Week Class is Online (Zoom) Feeling stressed? Looking to make a change and not sure how? For over 25 years, Dragon’s Way Qigong® Program has been helping people regain better health. Join me for this 6-week online class on Tuesdays, September 23 - November 4, 2025 at 7:00PM ET. Please note that we will not have class on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. We will resume class on Tuesday, October 21, 2025. Here's what you will learn: Wu Ming Qigong Movements, Eating for Healing Plan and Lifestyle Changes. You'll discover how to interpret and understand the messages that your body is sending; how your body, mind, spirit and emotions work together to provide physical and emotional balance and ultimately, overall balance in all aspects of your life. The fee is $229.00 and includes Dragon’s Way Qigong® Guidebook & Online Video. If you have previously participated in Dragon's Way Qigong Program, the Returnee fee is $129.00 All are welcome. We will resume class on Tuesday, October 21, 2025. Payment is due upon registration. Cost for new participants is $229.00 and the cost for returnees $129.00. After you register, you will receive an email with class information as well as the Zoom link.
